1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or requesting a quote, estimate, or service from Advanced Sandusky Concrete, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or engage our services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Services

Advanced Sandusky Concrete is a concrete contractor based in Sandusky, OH. We provide residential and commercial concrete services including, but not limited to, driveway installation, patio construction, sidewalk work, foundation work, stamped and decorative concrete, and related flatwork and structural concrete services.

All services are subject to availability in your area. We reserve the right to decline any project request at our discretion.

3. Estimates and Pricing

Estimates provided by Advanced Sandusky Concrete are based on information available at the time of the site visit or consultation. A written estimate is not a final binding contract until both parties have signed a written agreement or work order.

Estimates may be revised if site conditions differ materially from what was observed during the initial assessment, if the scope of work changes at your request, or if unforeseen conditions are discovered during work (such as buried utilities, unstable soil, or existing damage not visible at time of estimate).

We will notify you of any material pricing changes before proceeding with additional work. Verbal estimates are not binding.

4. Scheduling and Cancellation

Project scheduling is subject to weather conditions, material availability, and our current workload. Concrete work cannot be performed in certain weather conditions (extreme cold, rain during the pour, etc.) and we may need to reschedule without advance notice in such circumstances. We will communicate scheduling changes as promptly as possible.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or mobilization has begun may be subject to costs already incurred on your behalf.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a project if site conditions are unsafe, access is unavailable, or if payment terms are not met as agreed.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in the written work agreement for each project. In general:

• A deposit may be required to secure a project start date.
• Final payment is due upon substantial completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept payment by check, cash, or methods specified in your project agreement.

Unpaid balances past the agreed due date may accrue interest and may be subject to collection action, including the filing of a mechanic's lien on the property where work was performed, as permitted under Ohio law.

Disputes about an invoice must be raised in writing within 10 days of receipt. Silence is not a dispute.

6. Permits and Compliance

Where required by local ordinance, Advanced Sandusky Concrete will apply for necessary building permits on your behalf. Permit fees are the responsibility of the property owner unless otherwise agreed in writing. You are responsible for ensuring that any work requested on your property complies with applicable homeowner association rules, deed restrictions, or easement agreements. We are not responsible for violations of private agreements of which we are not informed.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

Advanced Sandusky Concrete warrants that work will be performed in a workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards for concrete construction in OH. Specific warranty terms, if any, will be stated in your written project agreement.

The following are not covered by any workmanship warranty:

• Damage caused by the application of deicing salts or chemicals to fresh or cured concrete
• Normal shrinkage cracking common to concrete flatwork
• Damage resulting from events outside our control, including but not limited to flooding, ground movement, tree root intrusion, or extreme freeze-thaw conditions
• Damage caused by use inconsistent with the stated scope of the project (for example, parking heavy equipment on a residential driveway pour)

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY OHIO LAW, WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, BEYOND THOSE STATED IN YOUR WRITTEN AGREEMENT, INCLUDING NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Advanced Sandusky Concrete shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services or your use of our website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of a specific project shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that project.

9. Website Use

The content on concretesandusky.com is provided for informational purposes only. While we make every effort to keep information accurate and current, we make no guarantees about the completeness or accuracy of any content on this site.

You may not use our website for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful content, or to interfere with the operation of the site. We reserve the right to restrict access to the website at any time and for any reason.

These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action related to these Terms or our services shall be brought in Erie County, Ohio.
